Inn Policies

One Night Deposit Required:
A one night deposit is required at time of booking. A reservation cannot be made without a valid credit card number.

In the event of early departure, room charges will apply for the entire reservation period.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the intimate nature of the Whaler’s Inn, we have a strict 4-Day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 4-days prior to arrival, a$50.00 fee will be imposed. If you cancel prior to the 4-days, we will refund your 1-night deposit.

Failure to notify of a cancellation (no show), you are responsible for the entire stay.

Check in after 3:00pm. Check out before 11:00am

Rates based on double occupancy. $20 charge for additional person charge. Rollaways are available (please note not all rooms will accommodate rollaway beds) for a $20.00 charge. Pack and plays are available for a $10.00 charge in family friendly rooms. Children are welcome in designated “family friendly” buildings only.

Holiday rates may apply. Posted rates are subject to change.

We do have a two-night minimum stay on Weekends & Holidays (Except winter season. Subject to change).

The Inn is a smoke free establishment. *smoking permitted outdoors only.

Early Departures: Room charges will apply to entire original reservation.

No Pets Allowed.

No elevator service

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations received within four days of arrival at the Inn will be charged one nights lodging.

One night’s lodging will automatically be charged to any NO CALL /NO SHOW reservation.
