From New York, take I-95 North to exit 89, turn right off the exit, continue to Route 1, left at route 1, proceed over Drawbridge, first driveway on right after Cottrell Street. From Boston/Providence area take I-95 South to Exit 90, turn left off Exit, proceed on Route 27 through 4 traffic lights, then take third right (Holmes Street).
