The Shipwright’s Daughter – In House Restaurant

Located right here at The Whaler’s Inn in downtown Mystic.  A New American farm-to-table restaurant, serving modern New England cuisine in an elegant and inviting dining room, which combines a rustic ode to Mystic’s fishing and maritime roots, with the updated modern feel of an urban bistro.

Guests who book directly with us receive a $15 per person ($8 per child) per night complimentary food credit. Open 7 days a week and offering a weekend Brunch. Dinner reservations are recommended.

The Oyster Club

Featuring farm-to-table fare and a menu that changes daily based on what’s fresh and in-season, this Water Street restaurant offers casual fine dining.

Red 36
Overlooking the Mystic River, Red 36 is a hidden “seafood-centric” gem tucked away behind Seaport Marine. Outdoor seating is available.

Engine Room
Located just around the corner from the Inn, The Engine Room offers creative comfort food and an exceptional beer & bourbon selection. Don’t miss their Sunday brunch!

Chapter One Fine Food and Drink
Chapter One, Main Street’s newest restaurant, specializes in prime dry-aged steaks, fresh fish, and small plates.

Bank & Bridge Brewing

An old-fashioned bank transformed into a brewery. A great spot to meet up with friends to play Monday night trivia, listen to live music and indulge in some mouth-watering eats.

Friar Tuck’s

An Old English Tavern with great food and drink, Friar Tuck’s is a great place to come relax with friends…new and old.


Pizzetta features handmade pizza and a variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options for those with food sensitivities. It is located on Water Street.

Mystic Pizza
